The working principle of the whole circuit is not very complicated. Its working principle can be analyzed from the following circuit diagram, and it can also be seen that the whole circuit can be summarized into the following parts:
1. Motor drive part
2. Signal feedback part
3. Signal part of ticket issuing an instruction
4. Manual ticketing part
First, let's take a look at the components of each part and how it works.
Motor drive part: The triode D1793 is the main component of the motor drive part. In normal conditions, the voltage of the command signal terminal is 0 volts, and the base of the triode is in a cut-off state because there is no voltage at this time. The current path cannot be formed in the motor coil and the motor does not rotate. When the ticket issuing command signal arrives, the high-level pulse is input to the base of D1793 through diode 4148 and resistor R9, the triode is turned on, the motor coil is energized to work, LED2 and R10 form an indicating circuit, and at this time, the indicator is illuminated.
Ticket issuing command signal part: This part is a diode 4148 and resistor R11. When the command signal is a high-level pulse, the diode 4148 conducts forward, and the command signal enters the motor drive part through R9. D, E, F in 40106 The three inverters are idle and useless parts here.
Signal feedback part: After the motor is running, the lottery ticket is sent out through the action of mechanical transmission. When the lottery ticket moves through the light control switch, intermittent pulse voltage will be generated at the output end of the light control switch through the action of the semicircle gap on the top of the lottery ticket, this voltage signal enters the base of the triode 1815 after inversion by the inverter 40106 and then outputs a feedback signal from the collector after inversion. LED1, voltage regulator tube 5V1, and resistor R5 form a feedback signal indicating the circuit. , the LED1 light flashes with the output signal, and a flashing cycle represents a feedback signal pulse output.
Manual ticketing part: Manual ticketing is to directly input a DC voltage to the base of the drive triode through the manual ticketing button to make it conduct and work, and this DC voltage is also divided into another signal through the 1 pin of the diode 4148 to 40106, to prevent the ticket issuing signal detected by the light control tube, so when we manually issue tickets, we see that the LED1 light will not flicker, and of course the host will not count the lottery tickets.
